Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Perfect layering. Looking forward to eating this!
Crust
1 1/4 cup graham crumbs
1/2 cup butter
Cheesecake
3 packages cream cheese
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together graham crumbs and butter. Press into spring form pan.
Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add in eggs one at a time until just mixed in.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Place all ingredients on top of crust.
Place spring form pan in a water bath, making sure the water comes half way up the sides of the spring form pan.
Bake for 45 minutes and check center for doneness. If not done, continue to cook in 15 minute increments until the top is brown and no longer jiggles when lightly shooken.
